FAQs

No service interruptions are anticipated. The existing or backup system will remain operational while upgrades are carried out.

Construction will mainly occur within the secured facility grounds. However, nearby residents may notice an increase in work vehicles and large trucks delivering equipment. Occasional traffic delays may occur when construction vehicles are entering or exiting the site. Some noise is expected during regular working hours due to construction activities. Efforts will be made to minimize disruption to nearby residents.

Construction is expected to begin in June 2026 and be completed by the end of 2026, weather and site conditions permitting.
